7200 BECBP Rulmenți cu bile cu contact unghiular

Rulmenții cu bile cu contact unghiular (ACBB) prezintă canale de rulare inele interioare și exterioare care sunt deplasate unul față de celălalt în direcția axei rulmentului. Aceasta înseamnă că acești rulmenți sunt proiectați pentru a suporta sarcini combinate, care includ atât sarcini radiale, cât și sarcini axiale.

Caracteristici cheie și avantaje
Capacitate mare de încărcare și rigiditate: Datorită designului lor, care permite încorporarea a mai multor elemente de rulare (bile) decât rulmenții adânci cu bile, aceștia posedă o capacitate de încărcare mai mare și o rigiditate mai bună pentru aceeași dimensiune.

Cazare de încărcare combinată: Acestea pot suporta simultan sarcini radiale și sarcini axiale unidirecționale. Ajustarea dimensiunii unghiului de contact permite variația raportului dintre capacitatea de încărcare radială și cea axială.

Potrivit pentru viteză mare și precizie ridicată: Acești rulmenți sunt potriviți în mod ideal pentru aplicații care implică viteze mari de rotație și poziționare de înaltă precizie, în special în contexte precum arborele de mașini-unelte.

Instalare flexibilă: Acestea pot fi montate individual (single) sau în perechi (cum ar fi aranjamente spate în spate, față în față sau în tandem) pentru a suporta sarcini axiale bidirecționale și pentru a obține o rigiditate mai mare. Procesul de instalare și reglare este simplu.

Performanță bună de funcționare: Acestea prezintă caracteristici excelente de accelerare și decelerare, permițând porniri și opriri rapide.
