Rulmenți cu role conice: compoziție, avantaje și aplicații
Un rulment cu role conice este format dintr-un inel interior (cunoscut sub numele de ansamblu con sau cupă) și un inel exterior (cunoscut sub numele de cupă). Aceste componente sunt separabile. Aceștia sunt numiți rulmenți cu role conice deoarece ansamblul conului este mai îngust la un capăt, iar atât inelele interioare, cât și cele exterioare ale rulmentului sunt proiectate cu o latură mai îngustă pentru a se potrivi cu rolele. Datorită acestui aranjament, ele sunt foarte potrivite pentru a suporta sarcini atât axiale, cât și radiale. Cu cât unghiul cupei este mai abrupt, cu atât capacitatea rulmentului de a rezista la sarcini de tracțiune (axiale) este mai mare. Acești rulmenți funcționează cu un contact de linie (corecție: de obicei contact de linie, nu contact punctual). Sunt potrivite pentru medii de mare viteză și încărcături grele care necesită frecare redusă.
Avantaje cheie
· Capacitate mare de încărcare combinată: Datorită designului lor conic, rulmenții cu role conice pot rezista simultan la sarcini radiale și axiale semnificative, ceea ce este superior multor alte tipuri de rulmenți.
Capacitate mare de transportare a sarcinii: Datorită structurii lor unice și metodei de contact, rulmenții cu role conice au o capacitate de transport foarte mare, făcându-i ideali pentru manipularea sarcinilor grele și a șocurilor.
· Durată lungă de viață: Efortul de contact scăzut, funcționarea fiabilă și uzura redusă contribuie la o durată de viață extinsă a rulmentului, oferind performanțe de încredere chiar și în condiții severe de funcționare.
· Separabil și ușor de instalat: Inelele interioare și exterioare ale rulmenților cu role conice sunt separabile, ceea ce facilitează instalarea, dezasamblarea și întreținerea fără a fi nevoie să demontați întregul sistem de antrenare. Pentru rulmenții cu un singur rând, jocul poate fi ajustat de utilizator după cum este necesar.
· Compensație bună de aliniere: Rulmenții cu role conice au un anumit grad de capacitate de auto-aliniere, permițându-le să se ajusteze automat pentru dezalinirile arborelui, ceea ce asigură o distribuție mai uniformă a sarcinii, ajută la reducerea uzurii și prelungește durata de viață.
· Rigiditate și precizie ridicate: Rulmenții cu role conice asigură rigiditate și precizie ridicate pentru sistemele de ghidare a arborelui, în special în aplicațiile în care sunt necesare precizie și rigiditate.

· Automobile: Sisteme de transmisie, cum ar fi cutii de viteze, diferențiale etc.
· Mașini grele: Laminoare, macarale, echipamente miniere etc.
· Aerospațial: Echipamente de înaltă performanță, cum ar fi aeronave și rachete (unde cerințele de performanță sunt stricte).
·Alte domenii industriale
